My personal coaching style is all about creating clarity - helping you go from where you are today to where you want to be by getting to the core of what is truly holding you back.

Through my intuitive approach to coaching, we work together to explore and address both inner and outer blocks, shedding light on stuck patterns, inner fears, and limiting beliefs.

My mission is to support you in feeling empowered and confident by taking ownership of your beliefs and actions.

In Each Session

Diving into a specific focus area, we uncover the beliefs you carry today, where they hold you back, and how to move forward.

Homework

Bespoke homework assignments help you implement session work into your week ahead.

Notes & Recap

Success is all about setting the right goals. Through coaching I help you develop attainable action plans to ensure you achieve the results you desire.

LETTING GO OF THE PAST

Our past helps create who we are today, but it doesn’t have to define us. Through coaching I guide you to identify the subconscious messages you developed during formative years. Understanding the source and purpose of these messages, where they hold you back today, and how to release them moving forward.

UNDERSTANDING PERSONAL VALUES

When our values are being honored we experience happiness, a sense of calm, and are empowered to take action. When there is misalignment we often experience dissonance and conflict. Through coaching I help you get clear on what your top values are today and how well you put these into action.

REMOVING THE MASK

The version of ourselves we often put out to the world is based on who we think we need to be - this is known as our mask. Through coaching I help you uncover who you really are beneath the mask, allowing you to bring greater agency to how you show up for yourself and others.

OVERCOMING INNER BLOCKS

We all carry subconscious blocks that hold us back from exploring possibilities, taking action, and achieving success. Through coaching we work together to identify, understand and release the limiting beliefs, assumptions, interpretations, and fear-based messages that are keeping you feeling small and stuck.

What Coaching Is

In coaching we believe the client is the expert, possessing the answers to any challenges they face. My intuitive, non-judgmental approach guides you through a safe and supported process of self-reflection and growth.

In our work together, I help you identify negative self-beliefs and subsequent actions that keep you in situations that limit your potential. In helping you surface and eradicate these inner blocks, you are able to confidently make choices that feel true to yourself.

I also partner with you to devise and execute customized action plans for achieving their goals. Accountability for the win!




 

What Coaching Is Not

Therapy places heavy focus on the past, typically helping clients heal trauma, emotional wounds, or manage mental illness in an effort to move from past to present. Coaching helps clients move from the present into the future by exploring the past to make sense of the thoughts and actions we experience today.

Consulting delivers an agenda + answers brought to the client. Consultants are often experts in certain fields, but the difference is in the approach - coaches help clients find their answers whereas consultants typically give the answers to the client.

Friends may have our best interest in mind, but their ability to give support is intrinsically subjective. The coach’s agenda is completely for the client, providing a non-judgmental, objective outlet for support and guidance based on the client’s needs and wants.
