MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH COACHING

My coaching work started as a personal inquiry of self growth and a journey towards finding my purpose.

Without knowing where this work would take me I found myself on an inspired path to help others.

For years I pushed myself to achieve success in corporate roles only to find myself unmotivated, uninspired, and simply put, unhappy.

My inner voice told me there has to be something better. Burnout from toxic work dynamics left me complacent and hopeless that a change was possible.

I know firsthand the discomfort of feeling like you should be doing something more impactful with your life but having no idea how to uncover that purpose. I understand the fear that surfaces when we go inward to identify what limiting beliefs are keeping us stuck in the same patterns.

As your life coach I will help you achieve a feeling of confidence, security, and clarity while living a meaningful, purpose-driven life in harmony with your career.

If you've ever been curious about working with a coach and have challenges that are limiting your potential - I would love to connect with you!

The journey I help guide my clients through is one familiar to me. I’ve seen first hand that coaching can be an incredibly powerful outlet and grounding force during times of uncertainty or transition.

MY STORY: A LETTER FROM ME TO YOU

My work as a coach first started with the path to finding myself. In this letter I’ll share with you my journey, personal experiences, and why I would love to help you in achieving your fullest potential.

———

When I first moved to New York I started a career in the fast and demanding world of Public Relations. I HAD MADE IT…or so I thought. I quickly found I had no connection to my work, often feeling depleted, complacent, and incredibly anxious. Grateful to be employed, I continued forward assuming this was normal and hoping with time these feelings would pass.

I spent years carrying a pit in my stomach that told me something is not right. I was determined to pursue a life and career with purpose. Not being sure yet of what that was led me to feel confused, exhausted, and hopeless. This wasn’t sustainable. I decided to quit my job in search of career that would lead me to feel inspired, motivated, and balanced.

It’s easy to look back at this time in hindsight and see how much I grew and challenged myself. The truth is change and transition are HARD. I share this because if any of it resonates with you, then believe me I get it. Feelings of being trapped or that heavy weight on your shoulders can show up even when life seemingly looks good.

Through these experiences and self-reflection I saw a true calling to help others not to remain stuck in the same discomfort. To move through pain with awareness. To create and live a life of your own choosing. This was when it clicked! I could help empower others in achieving their goals, not only through my own experiences, but through the power of coaching.
